Ooooh purdy colors and lights. :D I like this one a lot. Some of the foggy stuff near the top right has some artifacting, which I know is a @#$% to prevent/get rid of. Very good! This one along with your Loveless one are some of your best I think.

Love the bokeh effect of the city lights, but I can't tell how the light is suppose to diffuse in the end b/c the blurriness doesn't seem to flow around the character very well. Granted, it's your style for the most part, but I'm seeing a foggy night as my interp of the wallpaper. In that case, something doesn't feel right...(too tired to think of what I mean).

Yea, this is most definitely you're best wall ever.

I think mostly because you painted more than a head and put in a bg too, lol I felt the need to go "YES!" when I saw it XD I like the painting, the lips are great and so is the smoothness effect on the character. I like that you added a faded city, and then the lights to make it more dreamy or either you were hiding something...XD Whatever the case, great job ^^

I like it! The PS2 portrayal of the Major is kind of unusual, but still quite good. I particularly like what you did with the cityscape.

The background is beautiful, really dark and dreamy.
