The line work could use some improvements, as well as the cell shading (there are a few places were the cell shading doesn't fully cover/connect, the best example is the upper-left area around her chest). However I do sort of like the bg, especially how that "Got IT?" text was made. My apologies if I was mean/harsh, but I was just trying to help.

This is super cute! I understand your style choice but it translates into a busy wallpaper! Too bad because it is a fantastic vector! I'm gonna give you a favorite anyway because of the vector skill.
