Well here it is finally finished, as finished as it will ever be anyway cuz i really wanna do nothing more to it, good as it is i say XD. But uhhmmm i did what some of you asked and removed the kanji from the skulls and some of the kanji around kamina's head and cleaned it up a tad bit, ehh heres the original pic i worked with. 
I although you may not notice i vectored him, but had to turn down the opacity on him and merge him with a more painted look version of him and basically ended up with what you see plus i added a bit to the hair X3, and lots of annoying cleanup. Now the backrounds all me (lots and lots of brushes @_@ combinations, doubling layers, stuff like that) XD took a while to come up with , im glad it came out the way it did, after that though went on to give it some texture, as well on kamina, and just make it come all together.

I love it!
The use of colors and the red of the skulls that stand out, perfect. The kanji and the effect on the wallpaper makes a nice atmosphere.

Awesome! I actually gasped a little when I saw the thumbnail...I've always liked that sketch and am glad to see a good wall using it.
Only, kinda wish the widescreen wasn't just a stretched out version of the original.

I love it! Love that style! Very bold and very Gurren Lagann! It looks great how he looks like graffiti! This is a really cool wallpaper, too bad you don't have 1920x1200 to make it SUPER cool! (just kidding!) Ah well a favorite from me anyway!
