as stretched as the buildings are, it kind of creates the far-away blur effect at least the character has good quality :D

A Ito Noizi wall? Awesome. I love her work. I do like the concepts behind the wall, with the design-based urban brushes. But the wall is screaming to be vectored though, especially the bg. The wall is decent as is, but it's still obvious that it's stretched out.

All that said, I do really like the colors. You did a fantastic job picking out the colors, and thematically the wall is rock-solid. Good work :) But I know if you had a bit more time, you probably could have made this wall even more awesome.

This is a really beautiful wall, I love the scan, I saw that Kitten used it today also and you really can't go wrong with it. I love that you put the city in the background I think it fits in with the style of her clothing and headphones, it's urban/retro which is very unique and interesting. I also love the textures like the how background accentuates the girls beauty and brings out the colors in her eyes and clothing. :P Very nice job this is my favorite of the week. A++ and a fav. :3

Not gonna go into detail as this isnt the first time I've commented about the use of this image XD I love the stroke effect! I like the pattern but it seems to be causing a some upsized-like artifacts on the background! Great work anyway XD

This is really awesome O____O I love the texture and the high quality. The filter you used on the bg makes it look painty just like the scan, so they fit really well together. I wish you'd used another font, but the whole thing is way too great to stop at that puny detail *3*

So, I know you wanted me to comment on a better wallpaper and this was one that really caught my eye. Mainly because of those sharp looking headphones. That, and it's an artwork piece from Ito Noizi.

Looking at what you've done with the brushes and the original scan, I have to say you are probably my favorite submitter in the WAR contests. I always find myself drawn to your entries. Ever since that dino/dragon piece, I've always looked forward to your entries, to simply see what you'll create next. I've found your creativity to be nothing short of refreshing and unique as well.

In terms of what you did with the scan, I really enjoy the little touch ups to make her outfit a much sharper green as well as accenting the headphones much more so. It really draws her out, while at the same time not to the point to where it loses focus on the fantastic brush choice you made. Which, by the way, I really like the idea of blurring it as well as blackening out specific buildings as well.

I do have to say that my favorite aspect is fairly simple, but it gives it such a..powerful feeling. What do I mean by that? It reminds me of an autumn sun just starting to set and when that light shines through a window. It's a invigorating feeling that really captures the essence of fall, at least for me. What am I talking about? The way you did the color in the background. A simple concept, but so incredibly effective.

What can I say? I don't even mind the green text in this wallpaper. I really like it and I plan on using this wallpaper when the first day of fall comes around. It's a fantastic piece, Luna!

love the colors! the more burst colors on the girl - lime green, pale purple, salmon pink and blue, contrast well with the dark background. at the same time, her hair and skin share the same hues as the background and helps her blend in.

Very urban yet city like scenery which the title of this wall absolutely suits. What really shows out is the green that was used. Not overused, very well balanced.
