very nice, i get a super gloomy feel from this wall, and i love it. perhaps the moon looks too real? not sure. love the texture on the sky, i just wish there was some weird lighting or something.

Funny, I hate this character, but I love this wallpaper. The gloomy atmosphere contrasts with his darling smile, but it fits the theme of Eva so darn well and I love the fence in the backround.

Its very good, Kaworu is not one of the most liked characters of Neon Genesis, but this is a very good wallpaper of him none the less. I myself like these dark-look / gloomy wallpapers, specialy when they have "these" sort of characters, henceforth needless to say this one goes to my fav's too :) Overall its a great Kaworu wall, quality, etc. Nice work. ( Best luck with your presentation, though, it was whort taking the time to make this :D )

That looks awesome. I know I said I didn't like noise before, but it looks gorgeous here. Hmm, you see those red highlights on Kaworu and that thing he's sitting on? You could try adding the same red highlights on the black stuff. You don't really have to do it, though. Everything looks great. ^^

I am a big fan of Eva and in my opinion this wallpaper sets of the series beautifuly. Theres that subtle facade that hides a darker truth. I love the contrast you have created in this piece, Kaworu is so bright both in personality and values. That is set off by the dark and forboding background where you can't make much out. I get an almost claustrophobic feeling from the fenced off area and I love the moon that is framed between the black. Great work and amazing visuals!

You did such a wonderful job with the background...the slightly grudgy sky ranging from blues to greens compliment so well with Kaworu's hair color, and the fences are so detailed and realistic. Kaworu himself is just beauty in and of itself (lol, I'm such an obsessive fangirl of him XD). Anyway, nice job with the re-CGing (I can't even tell which part you re-CGed and what not), and the concept of this is definitely thoughtful. Wonderful job yet again.

Kaworu is such a great character, I'm surprised there aren't more wallpapers like this around. Usually he's in some angry or destructive situation, but this one, he's just sitting. As I see it, he wasn't a crazy or murderous person, but someone who knew that if he did not succeed in his mission, then he would die. I think the dark colors and almost ominous setting are very appropriate. Good job!

Great use of texture, I have no idea who he is but he's hot. =D The body posture and expression is sassy and works with the night mood of this wall. I like the overall composition. The realisim of the moon throws off Kaworu's realism a bit though; he looks a lot more etheral than I'd thought originally. Well done shaping that rock a bit like a wing. Very nice.

The background is amazingly rendered, and carries this miserable (title!) feeling everywhere, while Kaworu is always there to smile and think positively. He's one of my favorite characters in Evangelion, which is a pity because he debuted WAY too late in the anime. I want more Kaworu!

I myself like these dark-look / gloomy wallpapers, specialy when they have "these" sort of characters, henceforth needless to say this one goes to my fav's too :) lol, i totally understand what you mean when you can't study. I really like background it looks great...lol I have had the same thing were I know I should be studing...but just can't... and dont want too... but in that time at least you made an awesome wall...which won't be able to be used as a good excuse hehe.
