Great work on the vector from that low quality scan. It's very clean and the colors are great. Like others have said, the fire may be a bit too blurry, but the dragon head is a nice addition. I think there should be embers flying around him and the bg too. You could also make the flames brighter and more fiery by using some yellow on color dodge for example.
