I wanted a slightly grimy black wall paper that also wasn't just your average dark colors but I wanted it kinda multi colored :) thus this came out

good at first glance,not good at second. this kind of wall is really easy to make,simply just combining 2 background images using PS,that's it..

There's but 1 main image, no 2 different backgrounds. Just the image + 2 textures. Easy as pie good sir. However if you want to talk about how easy it is to make wallpapers, some great ones don't take much technical skill but more or less the skill of the designer in question of the composition. If you've got a problem go look at ones that have a lot of technical skill and stuff going on :)
