Image: TouhouCredits to AzureWinter from minitokyo for the vector used, as for the mountains just some random mountain image.Time: About half a day of (time in time off)
First had to blend the mountains to the image so what I did was blacked out the mountains while adding some of my hue lighting which did took quite a bit of time. Then motioning blurring the duplicate mountain layer to give it a dreamlike state(how I saw it), then a couple birds on top while using the cheap font effects and here's what I produce..

Nice crazy effects with the lighting and good job with the shading as well. The overall feel of the wallpaper really fits Touhou's theme.

Don't worry :D it takes more than those promised 10 minutes till the image is updated (image + thumbnails). I bet I got the correct version of the wallpaper.
Anyway: great shadow+lighting, but it doesn't seem like a daydream. It rather seems an evening fight or something and the moment of this wallpaper is where Reimu does one of her mighty attacks (which are almost as colorful as what you've accomplished there :D).
Great concept and I love the style, but it's too fancy for my desktop. Still thank you very much for sharing this :).

I like this! It has this almost psychedelic feel to it. :) I'd prefer if your username were at the bottom of the wallpaper though, and maybe a font change as well. Favourited.
