Wonderful ! I really like it! His skin is a little too dark and his scarf shouldn't be really white, but a very light blue or green! Anyway it is a wonderful job! You could make a black background with the pink swords going around :D!

first off, as a 2-d animator, i hafta say...booooo 3-d xD (just kidding...although i'm a 2-d animator for a reason lol) next...to give a couple comments on the 3-d render...he looks look plastic. and it's really weird to me. granted, to do a 3-d render something like appleseed or ghost in the shell would be insanly difficult to begin with, but some texture on his hair and clothes could have made a big difference. that, and he looks rather stiff. i under stand your reason for use of the white background, but i think it ends up pulling out the flaws of the render and making them more obvious (like the lack of textures and such) simply adding a background, not even necesseraly a 3-d one could really do wonders. i myself am not a fan of 3-d renders in the anime style. appleseed was the only one i really ever thought was effective. that aside this wall comes across as just TOO simple.

I agree with Kalico myself, though for a class project it is really good. I modeled the Arbalest from Full Metal Panic! for a project, though as a wall I think you deffinitly need some sort of background to pull it together a little more. Great job on the model though. (I can't do people models yet)

Well, thats something different, but a really good idea i think. Just try to do the effects a touch better, because i am stll missing the "AHA" effect^^ But nevertheless it's good work and original.

Sorry, but it looks like you took a digital picture of a plastic Byakuya model and tweaked it a little bit.

This would've been awesome as a paper scan, but it's only mediocre as a wallpaper.

it's a nice model and I like the shadow of Ichigo on the right, I think it could of been greatly enhanced with a background, even if it was wall it would still be a nice compliment to the 3-d model. Other than that awesome job~

just when i think that there cant be anymore byakuya wallpaper design you pull this one out of the bag, its definitely different from the all rest of them well.... if u ask me, it totally seems plain you should of added more elements to it to make it more exciting maybe use the cherry blossom style, standing in water? its an fine wallpaper, nice job =_=

It would be better if he wasn't just standing there looking stiff. Put some action in there and it'd look more natural. Dont' really like the extra shadow on the right, just out of place in my opinion. The plain background is probably a good idea. Overall the idea is good, but needs more work to perfect.

Wow... actually I think this wall is very unique... I havn't really stumbled into 3-d walls with 3 dimensional charachters... I have seen 3-d backgrounds but nothing like this... And agreeing with everybody it is really empty... I would attempt to make a nice 3-d background or, interestingly enough, maybe a 2 dimensional scenic background...

well i have to say it is very original

I believe you that extracting the character was a pain but I think it was worth the effort because the result is very cool. The background is not that great but that's not important because the emphasis is put on the character.

I really like the coloring on this wallpaper,all the bright colors really reflect Misuzu's nice, kind behaviour, good job!i can see your style of wall is with high brightness. sometimes it's not good at all. It makes the wall a little blurry, not sharp. that's what i think.

A lot of people have commented on this wallpaper being too empty, but I think that this is one of the stengths of the design. Sometimes less is more. A simple desktop with lots of negative space leaves room for icons galore, and if you download as much as I do, you need all the space for icons you can get! Keep up the good 3D work Kobun:)
