This is my fisrt wall, the character is Shindou Kei of "Ef - a tale of Memories".
Fisrt I make a vector using this pic.
After that, with suggestions of another members a use color (in the roses, leaves and the background) and added another rose.
This is the fourth version, in this time I changed the color of the background (grey --> light blue) and I did a correction in the shoulde of the uniform and I've decided that this is my last edition (I'll submit this version o the third version), because I don't have more ideas to it and I think that if I used only the ideas of us I'll never do a good wall for myself.

The character image is just so pretty! Great choice. Like in your previous wall, your vectoring needs a bit work, but you'll be a pro soon. I can tell you got the spirit ^-^. I think that the background is kind of floaty... like the vector of the girl and roses are very 2D. As to where outer-glow and cloud like filter in the back hover. I still like how the character grabs my attention. Good job, keep it up!

very nice vector for one of your first. but i see problem with jagged lines, its kinda eye killing so i suggest you blur outlines the little like 0.3 radius or such but don't overdo cause it would look bad. other than that i think the roses stand out to much so i would desature them a little too other than that great job ^^

Ahh, so this is what you did as a final change. This is a nice wallpaper. I like your choice of a third color for the background. in this case it makes the entire work come alive.

A bit more jaggedy than your other one, but still a pretty wallpaper. =^^= The jaggedyness will go away the more practiced you get.

I've always thought the charcaters from ef a bit bland looking. That hasn't stop this from looking nice though, especially for you first wallpaper too. It is a good idea I think that you stylized the character and relied on the colours and design working together rather than the actual artwork itself. Sweet dreams Kei...

It´s pretty. I liked the art used in Ef, and the roses make a good choise for the wallpaper. Good!!

I like it so much. I think the vectors and the background compliment each other very well :). Also it shows the stetic of the anime perfectly.
