Mizuno’s vector looks clean.
Regarding the BG, it would have been better if you either painted or vectored… and then blur it. Even better, why not make it something else. But not use the same screenshot to make it, or at least if you are gonna use it, cut Mizuno out of it.
Since you did not cut her out, we get to see her been blurred behind the vector work… the glow coming from Mizuno’s vector is in fact coming, not from a filter effect, but the Mizuno on the BG screenshot. I find that (the glowing) quite distracting and odd looking.
I do however appreciate the time you put to make a wallpaper for this series as I just started watching it…

good job, but you could have invested some more dedication to it...like put a funny dialogue to tha guy in the corner. something " godd dammed meths...ruin ppls life..." it would be funnier and therefore cooler
