Haven't done a wallpaper in a while.

Well you have Ciel from Kuroshitsuji.

Story behind the wallpaper: Did this because I was bored. Random stuff here and there and bam. There you have it. Ahh what the furk, it looks messy but yeah. And I want Ciel in ghey colors so there.

And get the title? Neon? Neon lights/colors... Classic? Classic outfit from the Victorian Era.... OTL *sulks in shame* I'm lame at making titles sorry OTL

Oh and regarding the request for higher resolutions, I'l try my best because the things that I used while making this are fitted for 1024x768. BUT! I'll try to find a way. Hahaha!

I like the colors and the basic concept of what's going on in the wall. Though, not so sure about the text, it kinda looks... Blurry? Or from those dots eating away at the text.. >.>;; Anyway~~ The signature being centered on the bottom left corner makes it look off to me.. Maybe just change the alignment? ..Sorry. >.<;;

Good job though.

Wow, such a fantastic wallpaper wasted on such low resolution T_T, I would have loved to use this with its fantastic typography and wicked style, but my resolution is nearly double what you have provided!

I just wish the scan had better quality, because the rest is very well done. I really like the grungy texture and the patterns/brushes. The idea is unique too, plus Ciel is love XD
