Grunge is not dead! (n_n)-b

Whipped this up tonight because I needed something to get me out of this walling slump that I've been in. I have three separate projects that aren't going anywhere and just needed to finish something for once. In the end I'm really not cut out for graphic design, it makes me too tense, but I'm hopelessly addicted to making walls.

Love Miwa Shirow, always have and probably always will.

Great job on the typography for the title. I really like the translucent green and mix of upper and lowercase. I'm not a big fan of the ghetto blaster that is at exactly 90º, though. I think it breaks the natural flow of everything else and needs to be angled slightly, either left or right.

Maybe I'm too fussy. (~_~)

The colors and the grungyness match well with the scan too, and...as i really wanted to fav this, i had to comment. But gaah! i have no idea what to say 'cept that i luv this!!*pulls hair* awesome job!>D

WOW! This wallpaper is blowing me away! What style! The color scheme composition is AMAZING! The character pick and his cool angling are wicked! Typography is awesome, nice font picks, binary vertical lines are a little strong but minor issue. Love the texturing and overlays in the bottom right to fill up the space there, very cool!

Grunge is definitely not dead with talented artists like yourself still around. I like all of the small details -- too many to list, but stuff like the choice of colors and the use of binary numbers running down the background to the typography for the font and the title. It all ties in very well. Not too familiar with the main scan unfortunately =/

Green + Miwa Shirow = LOVE Great title too. The background, however, seems too random. Strange 3d-ish texture, falling numbers that make me think of the matrix and ghetto blasters... it's weird.
