Love the simple background and his eyes look fantastic. The fur on the jacket isn't as detailed as the rest of him though, and it looks a bit weird, but other than that, great job!

My my what a splendid Togainu no Chi wallpaper! Those eyes... you caught such a strange and beautiful realism in them with your detail. After those eyes, the hair grabs my attention next. So many different colored strands! All working in harmony together, no distinct lines, just very natural looking clumps and spikes.

Things you wanted to know.

1. I would actually say to do more of the glowing things. Maybe a couple more behind his head closer to the light, like he is the sword cutting a line through them as they fly by?

2. I don't know if it is practical, but I don't mind. The wallpaper is wonderful the way it is.

Things I would have liked to see.

I would have enjoyed more detail in his dog tag, a more similar version to the original scan.

The fur around his collar matched the coat to much in its vector, the lines and shading seem to similar for some reason to me. Maybe making them slightly see through where they hang over the back of it, near his arm?

Over all this wallpaper was a very nice thing to come across this evening. It took my attention away from everything else for a good 10 minutes of just letting my eyes scanning over it. Congratulations on making such a fantastic piece of art!

This is f#cking awesome!!! I , personally, hate all these shiny vectors BUT this one is BREATHETAKING! The eyes are gorgeous, they look directly through you. And the hair, with so much detail. It's one of the best walls i 've seen so far (and i am in this site for years and years, since the 1024x768 was the basic res XD ).

I must say this is probably your best vector you've put out on this site (although I think I probably said that about your last one... which is good because it means you're improving from greatness which is even greater!). I love the colors and the softness of the thing. Honestly, I think a lack of brilliance in his hair is good because it matches with the background better and gives the whole thing a better sense of realism. Excellent work and I hope to see more from you soon :)

It's seldom I see a wall with a character that has eyes as beautiful and piercing as the one in yours. I looked at this wall and thought "wow".

I love his hair too! The colors are so subtly blended together and natural looking. I'm one of those people who appreciate little tiny details a lot, so things like paying attention to highlights in hair, the subtle sheen on the eyes, and the lovely lighting effects really stands out to me.

I've always loved your pieces (I'm sure you hear this ALL the time), but this vector/wall really spoke to me. The title was also perfect.

Wow~~~amazing, it's amazing work! Maybe It's the best vector in all wallpapers which I have seen, the dealing with hair and eyes is unbelievable. I have make the vector and I know that if you want to draw the outline of hair a hair by a hair like this vector, the difficulty is hard to think about, but this author really do it and finish it greatly. In addition to hair and eyes, clothes、soft collar、decorations and so on, all details of this character is fantastic. The first impression this wallie gives me is the feeling of 3D computer graphics!
