I see the angle you were going for with the intensity for the scan layer but in doing so you made the outlines jagged. Maybe try blurring one of it's layers possibly. The text sentence with the stroke, I'd say just remove the stroke style and turn the text to the color you used on the stroke. I love the background elements and color scheme. It brings it so much life and wow effects. Really draws in your attention.

I love this wallpaper. Awesome picture of Grimmjow, it is one of my favorites. Grimmjow is an awesome character, I love his personality. The vectoring is really nice, I like the colors you've used so many different variations. The backgorund is just amazing, it's so beautiful, I like the colors of it, I like the shapes. Another thing I like is, that it's so awesome, that the picture of Grimmjow and the background go together, it's not like they were just put together.
