Alright! Another wallpaper. I've been working on this wall for about 2 weeks going on and off. The character here is Yuki Nagato and I did a vector of her from this wonderful scan that I just loved! 
The vector for the character took about 46 layers and it took about 2 days to complete. I removed the shadows to what I think was a window, removed the book, and redrew the glasses and the tie. (Don't say anything about my redrawing. I know it's not great.) I actually was deciding whether I should have painted her or not, but then again, I don't really know how to paint so I just left it as it is.
The took me forever to think it up since I have been tossing in ideas and just tossing them back out when I didn't like the design. The key things that I was sure I wanted to be in the background was that there would be a big view of the sky and Nagato had to be indoors. I just bended everything else around that. Some granites were used and blending modes were changed dramatically, but I only used two filters.(That's surprising.) This is actually my first... "real" (I guess) background. If you saw my other two walls, I think you know what I mean. I've been thinking about uploading a night version too. I'll see where that takes me. I actually had a first version in Session Zero, but unfortunately, it got destroyed so I had to start from scratch. T.T If the wall isn't in one of your resolutions, please don't be afraid to ask me! I'll send one over~

I really love The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi, and it's a beauty wall! You vector are really really good, but the thing that catch my attention is the background. I love the scenery, with clouds and birds, doing a beauty sky. Put a window is a good idea, too.
Anyway, Yuki are so sexy in this wall! ♥
But, I prefer Haruhi. She's marvelous! ^^

Much, better. Much, better. The shading on Yuki's legs looks way better, and the curtains and window panes look really good too. I really like those curtains. I also like the birds you added, the blur filter really helped them blend in. Anyway you slice the cake, this is 100% improvement since SZ, and I all I got to say is keep it up. 雪の岩！彼女はすべての時間は私の好きなアニメ少女の

it's hard to say about this wall, cause i already like the original scan... anyway the vector is nice although some shading on yuki sometimes too hard sometimes too soft (even sometimes no shade at all)...and the clouds still look like stock photo but i think you did good job with change the scan into your own idea, just the execution that didn't look right for me^^

Gorgeous wallpaper! The creative, pretty background seems to suit her perfectly. I like the detail I see everywhere. The "ground," birds, and clouds are all great choices -- even though Yuki doesn't blend perfectly into the background, it works well enough to my liking. A few of the clouds look too clear.
Seems like you put a lot of effort into this! Great work!

Wow what a very different haruhi wallpaper! Love the glass effect! The birds are very cool, nice addition. Background seems a little over contrasted but it's not a big deal! Great work! Thanks for super high resolution!

i may be wrong, but it looks like you used burn for this, to do the shading on her.
although some people may recommend using burn as an easy way to shade, it's not generally a good idea, because it burns, and that produces warm tones, not cool tones, like there should be in the shaded areas.
if you didn't use burn, then you selected the wrong colors. generally, the best way to pick your shadows is to pick a less saturated, lower value color than the normal skin tone. then pull it towards the blues a little.
highlights are the opposite.
an easy fix, is to use the magic wand tool to select only that really dark red color. open the hue and saturation edit, and lower the saturation a little, then drag the slider of the hue into the cool tones (blues and greens). you'll know when it looks right.
you might consider adding some strong highlights to what she's laying on, to emphasize that it's a reflective surface. as is, it kinda just looks semi-transparent. also, make a mask on the reflection layer, and use a low opacity/ low flow brush, and just lighten some random parts to get rid of the uniformity in the reflection. things only reflect that clearly on perfectly clean, perfectly smooth surfaces, which this would not be.
lastly, the curtains don't fit. you used so many harsh burnt tones in the bg, and on her, that there needs to be some on the curtains too. here's where you can cheat and use burn, to really pull out the shadows.
use it carefully. use a soft brush, make sure it's set to shadows, and lower the intensity to no more than 20%. duplicate the layer, to make sure you get the right burn effect without destroying the original. burning is an irreversible, often times destructive process, and you don't want to have to remake the curtains all over.
this wall is a great idea, and has great potential, but it needs a lot of refinement.
