Usually I'm put off by wallpapers like this because they try to do too much with the coloring background (snow and lights), but this one works for me. I thought that you really captured the personality of Kobato and reflected it in the background colors and Christmas theme of the wallpaper which adds more to the wallpaper's appeal.
