The wallpaper took a really long time to extract and "fix" the image. I tried hard to not do a full vector since I thought that the textures in the original image really drew attention. I also really tried to dust away the image artifacts (after a while all the pixels seemed to merge together ~(@_@)~) The overall theme, as you may have guessed, was supposed to illustrate a family portrait.

Love the tilt and tiled flooring. Definitely screams "portrait." Would've loved to see the originals too :).

The background idea is just great. I think it's just amazing thinking up how you can use objects fitting to the poses of the characters (especially Luffy and Usopp!) without copying the original picture 1:1. |(n_n)| The posters at the wall, just black and white, are a good contrast to the foreground, too. But, I guess, the cellotape is a little bit to large, isn't it?

Wow, like your imagination, have to take a cover of manga very old and can enhance it through, giving a different meaning in the original image. I really enjoyed the work you did. It made me open up a range of possibilities of picking up the Mugiwaras of very old covers and putting them on another plane, giving a quite different direction, emphasizing more the wallpaper.
