Its a nice wallpaper, the extension was nicely done. You should have vectored the character though, the pencil outline really stands out next to the sharp edges of the shapes in the background.

The scan is amazing, and the wall could have been just by vectoring it, but You got lazy and didnt vector the girl.

You should have put a legit amount of work into it and it would have been a fantastic wall.

Taken from the FAQ - "Wallpapers that are just an extension of a scan are also not allowed. While they may be time consuming, they are not creative and require minimal effort in the thought process to do. Wallpapers like this in the queue will be rejected."

the colors on the characters should contrast alittle more. it kinda seems colorless. aside from that its a good wallpaper

The BG is really cute and interesting, I like the colours. The scan uses rather gross colours for the shading on her left arm, I think fixing that up would make it less distracting to the rest of the wall.

Very cute girl. Nice background, but simple for me a bit. I prefer more romantic or maybe fantastic atmosphere if the character in wallpaper romantic too, as well as in our case.

It looks great! It's just that her outlines are inside-stroked and pure black. Because of that it would have been the best to atleast do line-art to make it look as sharp as the background. I'm pretty certain it would look better like that.
