I used several pseudo-vectorizing filters to make Rikku look pseudo-vectored. Patterns in the background and brushes to give the impression of wind.

Odd nobody is commenting. This is absolutely delightful! Even though it's pseudo, it looks great. You just should do something about her hand, you can't see the thumb unless you look closely :)

Great style!! I think you could have added some more stylish stuff crowding behind her though, that would have really made an awesome pop-art style! It's a great work nevertheless though^^ Keep it up!
