I am digging this new wall.

Good vexeling on the character. Though it looks a bit weird with it so concentrated on the highlighted parts instead of more spread out. The blurry background really suits this wallpaper because it gives a feeling of depth perception. Not sure if you caught my comment on one of your journal entries but you're improving a lot.

I must be tripping out because I swore you were a community waller lol. Not even sure if you've been a Senior Member for a while now. So confused... I must need more sleep.

ahhh. that is a whole lot of details. there's so many layers the colours look like painted from a smaller reso. definitely something that absolutely needs to be full viewed xD i like how you blurred out the bg to focus

Pretty nice work, this is a fine example of an exeption for my rule on using black outlines (DON'T). In this wall, it's in perfect harmony with the sunset-ish color scheme and the overall style. I like the composition, which is very original and different from the used scan. I appreciate the creativity there! Plus the extra depth of field works to maintain that drowsy afternoon feeling.

Overall a very cool vector! Minor point of critique is the explicit usage of the headphone brand. I'm still waiting for a waller to get in trouble because of that, so my policy and advice is to stay clear of using real brands in your wall. Other than that, I think this deserves a +fav.

After seeing the original scan, I do kind of wish that you wall the whole thing instead of just part of it. I guess vectoring the water bottle wouldn't have been that easy to do, but it definitely would have been worth the effort to have a wall that really stood out.

Overall, great vectoring work. If you smoothed out the vectored lighting with a brush, it definitely would have fit the softer background better, but as is it's fine. Props on making the the bg, it's impressive how you kept it out of focus, but still managed to have enough detail to provide support. +fav

Nice. I was just thinking, damn, I need a new wallpaper. However, I haven't seen a wallpaper just JUMP out at me for a while now...and I was like, well lemme go check AP anyways, and BAM there it is. Just what I was looking for. Good work, very beautiful!

Edit: Damn the only problem is that on any version except the largest one, 2560 x 1600, the AP automatic downscaler puts a bunch of artefacts all over it and takes away the lustre. I'm gonna try a manual downscale using PS and see if it looks better.

Edit2: Ahh that worked great. Now it's perfect again. I'm wondering if AP just takes a while to do a proper downscale, like when you first upload a youtube video it looks horrible too.

Anyway, I really like the way you vexeled the girl and especially the lighting - it looks so awesome compared to the blurred BG. Also, 300 layers on headphones only? Wow...now I'm glad I'm not into vexeling, lol.

As some had already mentioned, I wish you added the bottle into the whole picture but I can imagine the effort and time it took you to do this. Awesome job overall. :)

A nice wallpaper. I am not really a fan of this style though, but I still enjoy this one. I would have loved it even more with the bottle! And I think this is Sakino Asuka from Kimikiss, but I am not sure. Anyway great work, keep it up.
