nice wallie as usual Pham :) only thing i think is that the scan doesnt suit the bg in the sense its winter and the girl is wearing a thin shirt...it sort of contradicts the whole piece unless she is immune to the cold :) also the scans coloring is too bright for the bg...u have the bg color set to a winter theme where its a bit gloomy/darker (if that makes sense) while the scan is more of a spring/summer pic...sorry im being critical here

but have to admit it did turn out quite nice hope these comments helped for any future pieces u decide to design with a winter them :)

Hehe! Great work! I like the girl and the background. The winter feeling is really matching to our current season. She looks kinda sad though ... But on the other hand she sky scenary and the background kinda create the same feeling as the scan - it's sadness and coldness. But nevertheless I like it very much and that's why I decided to give my new fav to it :) Really good work! Keep it up :)

I adore the soft subtle colors on the character. The Cg work is very nice and the concept is very very interesting. I was thinking that it doesnt go together much, i see her wearing a skirt, some flowers at the side, bare trees, umbrella.. i was thinking.. hmmm..how does this all fit together? Then it hit me. The different things could be representing the 4 seasons ^^

Umbrella - spring flowers - summer bare tree - autumn delicate snow - winter

Personally i really like the background. It's really nice.. as in beautiful =P it's quite a scenery if you are able to see that yourself ^__^ though, i agree with some of them, that it doesn't really suit the winter theme~ and the flowers too. If it's snowdrop, it still does make sense.. but this one is.. hm. i forgot it's name again. gah. Nevermind~ Though, good job!

I like the way you've thrown in the oxymoron of a girl dressed as though spring should be there and how winter is there instead, very creative.

I don't know y but this background looks layered. Maybe its because the tree doesn't fit with the linework or something like that. But the colors look great and its a nice paper overal.

Winter is so pretty but I never see a real winter before.

i really like this wallpaper. especially that lighting affect with the clouds in the top left corner. that's some really amazing stuff. also good shading of the snow, it's good to see a plain of snow with different colour shades on it rather than a plain of white snow. good job :)
