Hey everyone! It's been a long while since I last uploaded anything. Actually, it's also been a long while since I last made a wallpaper XD

This wallpaper was in my works-in-progress folder for more than a year now [along with many others] and I decided to finish it and upload it. It is -yet again- a simple vector wallpaper. I wanted to depict Kenshin as Battousai [hence the cold, calm waters in the background], a cold-blooded killer. Vectoring Kenshin was a real pain, since I'm not really profficient with vectors. The image in the bamboos was made with Terragen [have I ever mentioned how much I love this program?].

Again, this is an old wallpaper and unfortunately it is not available in other resolutions. I would have to start over to make more of them and I'm totally bored XD.

Hopefully, I will try to make more wallpapers from now on!

the style of the bg is brilliant, I love it. The vector is a tad too simple for me though, some very light monochrome shading would have been cool, to give at least a hint of depth to it and making the whole thing seem more 'finished'. Or you could have used some of the blue tones in the bg on the character too (eyes or whatever). But anyways, good job you did there

Interesting idea but a way too simple for my taste. Vectors should be a bit more detailed even on simplicity style.

I really like the way the background pops up with it's blue-ish colors. The vector of the character is clean and smooth, something that I don't see everyday and I enkoy it. Overall is a wallpaper rather minimal yet suited for every desktop ^_^

Such a great wall!! White makes a shocking effect and the blue bamboo are just elegant. So the final look is just... impressive. Very good work!! (+fav)

Great work! I love how simple it is, yet so artsy. I love the style of Kenshin's design, and the background is awesome too. They kind of have a certain armony. They make the whole picture look as if a half-blind person was looking at it or something. great job man or girl
