Chobits Just a Flower on a Tree

Very nice job vectoring everything and attention to all those details. I was eying this scan a while back, and if I had done anything with it, I would have tried adding cranes or black swans in the water around or behind her, to give it an extra something. ;D Course that's just me... Good job. :)

I must say wow...just wow...I bet the amount of details must've killed you but this turned out beautifully in the end so I'd say the effort and your life was worth it, lol. The flowers do look perhaps a bit blurry but the lace, the dress, those pearls and everything else is just made of pure win. Awesome job! :3

Great attention to detail and the hair feels nice and smooth. The water fading into the background is a really nice effect. It must have been tedious doing all those pearls even if you just duplicated them.

Actually can't help, but +fav this work... normally I only give my +fav-voice to only one wallpaper amongst the 3 best ones ... but this is just an exception - especially because the other one is there for days now.. but this one is gorgeos too O_O..... Really ... the vector is sharp - and what's astonishing about it is its detail. I looked at her whrists and that was CERTAINLY a huge pain to do. Her face is soft - I like everything, the shading and colors, the water and the feeling to be looking at a high-ranked artwork and not just some average (or even well-done) wallpaper! Oh and I also like how you can feel the material her clothes are made of by looking at her whrists and her chest. The hair must've been a pain too ... so complicated...

The only "flaw" (if I may call it that at all) is that her skin gives off a greenish flair.. it seems as if some green is/was mixed there - I don't think it's good. Other than that: really great and solid work!

I can imagine you being exhausted after this much work :DD... I am really impressed.

I think it's Elda, her gaze is somewhat lovely and innocent - Freya in turn seems to be more adult and maybe experiences in some way and thus her look would be different ... on the other hand I am not sure, since the black clothes do fit Freya more than Elda ... I have the artbook of Chobits and it's truly one of the best things I've ever bought.

I love the vector, and Chi is always a great choice (even though I don't relate to the series). I would've made the water less bright to give greater contrast between Chi and the background. It would also make it more goth-y, I think.

I also feel that she's resting on a branch more so than a tree...but I got the point!

Honestly, I thought this was Chii... but it's black so no doubt it's Freya (XD) Anyways the way you vectored Freya was so nice. The lines were neat and flawless, they weren't jagged. The colors used were matched with the concept of the wallpaper. I also loved the simple water background with some light orbs (or is it that what you call it? sorry if I'm wrong). I love how you vectored the *smallest* details in Freya... good work! It's a gorgeos, simple, refreshing and calming wallpaper.

Wow! This is amazing! Good you cleared up it's Freya and not Chii since they look exactly alike, haha. I guess the only way to really tell them apart in images is how they're dressed.

Aha...I saw the thumbnail, and I know you're a vectorer, and I was like "no way, no way, she vectored that? No way..." And you did! Whoa! This is absolutely gorgeous...it's always been one of my favourite Chi (or Freya?) images and to see it vectored so well...just amazing work down to every last detail. Oh, so it's Freya...I always had trouble telling with this image! I tend to like Freya images better because she's a bit darker :P

This is so beautiful. I do have a slight problem with the skin tones, however. I realise that many people have issues with the skin tones for the Chi's...but I still love this. I especially love the flowers and hair.
