It's a new paper for aono. I'm trying to convey the feeling of hope, wish you could feel it~ here is the original image - http://www.animepaper.net/gallery/scans/Sola/item148467/It's a bit difficult for me to make the clouds and those lights, but the result is not bad. And, I have to say I'm not good at dealing with text...

Nice wall! I like the city and the light effects you used!

But seriously, the palm trees are a bit of a problem here. I don't think they are needed, and when full viewed, it looks like you've just taken an image of a beach and slapped it on your city background. They seem very out of proportion as compared to the vastness of the city. I would have just stopped at the city.

Also, the black text is an eyesore too and in a bad position because its pretty much surrounded by the light which is the first place a viewer will look at. I personally would get rid of it, but if you wanted to keep the text... then maybe you should reposition it and definitely change that font to something more fitting for a scene like this.

Anyways, good luck! I hope you do make some adjustments coz ill be happy to look at this again!

in addition to the above, your shadow colors are too warm. change the tones too bluer hues.

The background looks good, but there's too much deep blue in it. The sky could be a lighter blue, the buildings could be greyish and have fog around them to show the distance and the dawn she's looking into. The clouds could be better as well. Aono looks really nice though, she fits to the scenery well. The text doesn't look good there though. Nice wallpaper.
