About the background... this was my first atempt ^_^' i made annother one, but Kitten liked this one better XD no wonder why XD this wall says KITTEN all around it XD oh... and the rain... BRUSH! ^_^' BUT! this one i made myself! muahahahah XD though the feathers and grass i got from hum... the grass Kitten showed me and the feathers was Kairi XD clouds and mountain were painted ^^

I like this more, I like the feathers, I can not help, any wall that has feathers, I love it, and obviously yours will not be the exception ... Very nice, very, very cute, I love the scan where did you get, and the colors you used to paint, they look great. Congratulations.

The background is looking good, it has a nice scenery, though there are too many feathers and outdo the clouds in whiteness. They could be a bit darker, less of them and more detailed. The character is looking good, she fits the background well, though the colors of her hat could be a bit stronger. Nice wallpaper.

Is that rain on the sides? Does it not rain on feathers? XD The vector job is okay but the feathers don't have nearly as much depth as the character... They look too flat. And the grass... >__< You can blur the the strands in front for depth. It's so hard to make people happy with grass LOL...

It looks quite good, the only mentionable are the a bit flat looking feathers and the light rays which could use some additional blur.
