Secret Lover

HAH, that's what I've been saying for YEARS... (It's not that I can't vector, I just end up stabbing myself in the eye 15 minutes into it from boredom...)

I know how hard blending can be and if done right, people will think the image came that way - which means you've succeeded in making it look authentic. Bad blending can lead to a slap on sticker effect, so it's not as easy as everyone thinks.

I love the warm feeling in this and the lighting, however I will say that in this light, this character would not be this bright. Her back is to the light source, meaning her face/body would be darker and her outlines would have a glow. The atmosphere would have more of a sunset mood. All in the details. ^__~

The background looks very good, that forest of goldenbrown trees is nice. The character is also looking good, that China dress has a big cleavage. Nice wallpaper.

Hmm... nice. The girl doesn't fit ontop of the backdrop though... she seems a little flat on it. The colors match though, and the text is alright. Of course, we all know why the wall is highly rated right now, and that's why I came to look XD

Nice extraction! But it'd be better if the background was a Japanese temple! Overall nice wallpaper! ^_^

It's nice yet simple. However it feels a bit like the foreground (the girl) is out of place, because the light source doesn't match the highlights. Another thing is that I don't like boobs this huge D:.. but that's personal preference I guess. You did a good job on the background and the foreground too - the foreground is cut very cleanly so it really looks good, clear and crisp. However it doesn't fully blend - I'd change this a bit like Red-Eclipse said.

Other than that: great work and thanks for sharing :).

well,the pic is totally too echii for my taste,as you could probably tell without me telling anything :P I do love blending walls,because I suck at it,and I still didn't have the nerves to make a good blend and put it here...but I will totally,a FF I planned xD Back to the wall then ^__^ I think you did a decent job here...but still,the trees look too real,even with the sparkly brushes that made it more anime-ish...I like the typography though,and the sunset atmosphere it has^__^ btw,what font do you use for making those kanji?and you translate a quote with a translator and then copy/paste to PS right?I plan to put some kanji too in my next wall,so that's why I'm asking :)))

Nice wall, you did a nice rendering, but I don't think that the bg adapts with the character, it's almost there, but no there, I gotta say that the typo is nice, and I prefer some of your previous wallpapers, but keep up the great walling :D

its finally the time for me to write you a proper comment. Whole wall execution is nice, love the scenery and images you used, but i think the image is echii even though it doesnt show much of her boobies XD anyway i love what you did and sepia colors you chose, but i think its too monotone, and that the trees look more real. maybe if you painted them it would be much more awesome and if you painted the image as well it would be blast out of wall :D keep that in mind, overall nice work :D

Cute girl that really keeps you focused!

I'm not a huge fan of nature/woodsy type of backgrounds :p but thats why I'm dumb. The colors are very pretty and easy on the eyes which is a huge plus! As well as many resolutions ranging from huge to small.
