i think you did a great job with the vectoring and there are lots of details but i truly find this wall a bit on the monotone side. and it's generally flat i think you could add more intense lighting and shading on some places to give it a more 3D look and add more shades of blue in the back on those buildings other than that I find the background very empty, just some light blobs of cloud would probably be able to take that emptyness away

Lovely job! This is very neat, clean and smooth. Although I think the colors are kinda----well, dark in terms of lighting. But I really love the scene and perpective of it. Cat FTW. ^^v

Wow! this is by far the nicest wall you've made so far ( for me that is ) I love how you reconstructed the scan! But the only problem that I find here is the sky, it really looked empty though because it doesnt have much lighting and clouds. But everything is great!

Nice wall ^^ There are some things I like to point out though. As Kuryuki mentioned a little bit of clouds will make the sky look better. Also, a tiny bit gaussian blurr on the vectoring will make it look smoother.

I also find the sky a bit plain and I miss some lighting to make it moe appealing (or even something like a whole sunset style). The vexel is good though, although it is a bit poorly rasterized at some areas, as Al said, gaussian blur, or I do it by exporting the raster into a bigger size then the wall reso and resizing it down.

Beautiful vector! The colors are really nice.

My one suggestion: the buildings in the bottom left corner are blurry, but the rest of the architecture in the background is very crisp. I think this wall would have SO much more depth and drama if all of the buildings in the background were blurry (kind of like depth of field in a photograph). I think this would really improve your already impressive wall. Also, I agree with the comments about the clouds; I think if they were soft and subtle, they would make your wall much more engaging.

i like it, although like many members already said, the sky is soo quite and empty, based on the real scan i think it's not hurt to create those clouds and gradient

I for one like the emptiness and the monotone, it adds to the bleakness of the concept. I also like the flatness, but that's just one of the things I tend to like about anime, I truly love the 2D medium, it looks much more stylized.
