I love the idea.. it's like one of those character design things.. very cool. As for it being a wall, well I dunno if I could really use that on my desk. I think this kind of thing would be beneficial with top and bottom borders.. for icon space ;) But anyway, I love the colors, it's really soft on the eyes and pleasant to look at.

The lineart is gorgeous, and I love the textured colouring you gave it. It's quite lovely. I like that you used Chris's casual style instead of her in her armor. Unless the original scan was like that, XD. I almost wish Thomas was in there too, but he wasn't as main a character as the rest. And that could be the scan too. . .

i like the way that the characters look like they are sketched ((i read the comment, so they'r eobviously supposed to be that way.......)) it looks good. i love the walls with the professional sketchy look, and you've captured it really well! good work on this wall and keep it up!

It's pretty hard to find some good scans of Suikoden outside the range of the official art. At least for me. It's a good wall and it kinda resembles the style of this other wall I've seen that used official art. Nice work~

Grunge brushes for coloring...why didn't I think of that? :D It probably would have been nicer if the font for the text was something sketchy/calligraphic, but it doesn't matter. It looks great as it is.

Good stuff. Good Suikoden wallpapers are hard to come by. The font doesn't mesh completely with the background, but still looks great.

i like it a lot. the design is simple, but the way you colored it is just wonderful. it has that kind of clean feel you get from watercolor. *sigh* there's just not enough suikoden 3 wallpaper in the world (in fact, i think suikoden 3 doesn't get as much credit as it deserves), so i'm glad you made this. great job.

Wowies, you did beautiful work with this scan! Love the style of the colouring, it's just awesome! The details is really spectacular! I like the simple text, it fits well with the wallpaper. The black lines stands out alittle too much. Maybe go for a little wavy look like or thinner borders. Overall, really awesome work!

Oooh! A Suikoden III wallpaper, I was waiting for one of these. I absolutley love the whole grungy-sloppy paint look. And the characters you used are perfect. Only problem I have with it is the text mainly. Seems like it doesn't fit too well with the wallpaper. But, I love it anyways. ^^

This wallpaper is excellent-- the layout and the sketchy coloring are great, and I really like the fact you didn't clutter it up with unnecessary brushes or textures like so many people do and let the images speak for themselves.

That thing is darn awesome! I really like the chinese or japanese ink style with a load of blackened shadow. I dont know how to put it but it remind me of and old samurai shodown (samurai spirits) wallpaper (the one with 4 characters separated the same way as this one, with similar tones (except the coloration was more smooth and simple but the darktone similar)...

You should simple put the halo out of the way of the logo (it is only a pure suggestion as it is nice like that...) It would simply look better to add a little bit of white stroke out about 3 or 4 pixels on the black numbers (III) and a little more black on the white letters (suikoden).

I usually dont use halo on my artoworks as it kick the eyeball a little bit (snap, how could I ever say something like that... sorry for the bad english of mine, hope you dont mind)

Everything else is really perfect, dont touch anything (even if you probably wont since its been a while that it was posted)... Last comment was 4 years ago...

One of the best Suiko 3 walls I have ever seen, and one that will stay on my desktop for a long time. The effects are lovely, the grunge is neatly done, the coloring is beautiful, and everything fits. Saw this wall a few years before I joined animepaper, saw it again now- it's still one of the best. Thank you for this! :)
