K-On! Beyond Budokan

It felt kinda akward seeing the no lineart -vectoring style u used at first, but my next impression was definitely a "WOW!" I recognized the shot from the Beatles and I love how you mixed them toghether with K-On! I love this kind of creativity in a wall! You were right to go with the pop-art style, it's very oldschool meets the new generation of rock. Of course it helps to have a lot of great artists to help you :3

How ironic. In my Japanese class today, we were doing a charades game. One group had to do something about singing the Beatles. They didn't really do a good job. I suggested they should have imitated this scene from Abbey Road. I come home and see this. Haha cool. Good work.

Very ambitious wall.

It's very creative and you did a very good attempt in making it. I would have gone crazy doing a lot of detail on the background. The part that would annoy me the most is trying to make the characters look right. Good to see people are trying out the anime and album cover merge again. Lineless actually fits this wallpaper because it makes it kind of poppy and old school.

Well PaoPorsche, what can I say but....I'm impressed! This looks seriously good, as others have already said, it's easily recognisable as the cover from 'Abbey Rd', such an iconic image as it is. I like the pop art feel to it, I'm not generally a fan of that style, but it seems to fit well. The girls just look great, especially after reading how you got their images put together in the first place - that's what you call dedication to your art! I really like this one, definitely a Fav!

WOAH Trackpad only It's nice to see these light-hearted parodies, especially when they work really well. Though I wish the road had a bit more texture and colour depth too, I am fully amazed and quite appreciative of the background's vector work and vector-tweaks on the characters. A fave in my book!

Sheer Genius. I actually had an idea of making a wall like this... but with what anime IDK. You found one that fits just perfectly. I really like the way you turned the backdrop into a detailed vector image, and the made everything blend perfectly. The details on the girls look pretty good, and the shadows are blurry (unlike anything else in the image) but fit well. Superb job. Fav+

I like this wallpaper, because it is creative in a way (of course copying concepts of others is not that creative, but merging them with totally different content is creative again) and it's pretty, even though I don't like lineless vector actor. It fits for the background though, because the farther away you are, the less details you see and the blurrier it gets - you have done well on keeping this by making the background less and less detailed, depending on how far away it is.

The foreground is done very well too. The only thing I don't like very much is that the girls upper torso seems to be sort of turned more to the viewer than to the road they are crossing - this looks a bit unrealistical.

The idea was excellent, highfives for the creativity. But I'm sure that with more time invested in, the vector could be a lot better. Even if you aimed for the simple popart, adding more shades and lines could greatly improve the number of details there.

I love 'parodies' like this. Surely the Abbey Road cover of the Beatles is one of the most iconic ever and I think it's beautifully recreated here. I'm not a fan of the style, though I find some elements like the white Beetle and the characters very appealing. It's a great scene, well done.

From the thumbnail, I wasn't too sure about the background, especially the sharp trees and simple sky. However, once viewed at high resolutions...wow, just wow.

YES. This is such a fun wall. The changes you made to it are fantastic.

Overall, it very much feels like a work in progress (especially without line art; I see why you chose not to, but I think the wall would benefit from outlines. It would look much more cohesive). Also, the hair on the girls needs some work (add in vector shapes of your own to make it look less like a block of color and more like hair). And definitely blur the far distance to give it some more perspective and less flatness.

I think the wall still needs some work, but it is a wonderful concept and a very nice execution. Keep up the great work!

I think you've done a really great job and I am particularly impressed by how much you improved the body shapes and clothes of the girls. I like the style and think the level of detail is fine considering the style you did. I'm wondering why you chose to blur their shadows instead of keeping them sharp like everything else though. Your hard work deserves a fav. X3

Anyone who has been in a 50s-style restaurant would've seen this image in some shape or form. That's how I saw it originally before you made this (it was a painting with Elvis Presley and Merilyn Monroe and two other people I don't know the name of). You certainly deserve an A+ for mimicking it so well. The way you vectored it made me think of those paint-by-number pictures I used to enjoying painting with when I was a child. It's kind of nice that a wallpaper like this can bring back fond memories. Good job. ^-^

Stunning detail, I can't imagine how much effort and time went into it but it was all worth it in end (I get to enjoy it). Great composition on the characters, I think they look much better in this paper as oppose to the screen pics. Love the vector style, I don't think it would hold the same appeal if you did it any other way. All in all it's a pretty impressive paper, nice work!

Beautiful wallpaper, just a pity the fund would have been more worked on, but would be perfect, in my opinion. A penalty also have finished the anime, Mio-chan let me miss = \ But who knows what movie that is coming (and I hope it's not a remake) can not make the author to rethink about all this, after all anime is a huge success in Japan Despite the anime musical, in many episodes of the characters only speak gibberish, what differentiates the series (and for me even up tiring sometimes ... should have more songs XDDD), but this is and the lives that won public sympathy, because all the episodes always have that hint of comedy about things silly things, but you end up laughing ... Outside the songs, which are also very well written and played, falling easily into the mouth of the people. Now, we expect the Blu-Rays to store for collection. The author's choice to make a wallpaper of the series was pretty cool, because it is very popular today. Thanks! ^ ^

Great tribute to The Beatles! Although I think the heels kinda change the perspective from the original picture. The original Abbey Road was the Beatles walking across the road in what seemed like a relaxed setting. This kinda makes it seem like their rushing across the road.

When i first glanced at this i was like, " its definetly the beetles" i totally rofl when i clicked and it was the beetles theme for one of their cover albums. but still its okay looking with decent background and all so i guess i like it. Its still a good tribute to the beetles though ^_^

This is a good piece of vector art. Lack of line art gives it more softer impression of the characters and make it scene livelier.. the anime way. Well done and thx for sharing.
