OH WOW. Simplicity + Gradients + COLORS + Texture/Painting (?) = AWESOMENESS. <3

Aww, I love the work you did on Yuki's face. It's light but you can see all the detail very nicely, very smooth and the colors remind me of chocolate! :3

Nice and simple.

What I like the most about this wall is that it is brown. I can't think of many brown walls that catch my attention. It's not just any brown either. It has that burgundy color where it is this mix of gray, red, and brown. A really deep color with a lot of personality. Since the wall is so simple the color stands out a lot more because it needs to make up for the lack of detail. It's also Ito Noizi and like how she paints and does her eyes.

Only problem I see is more of a PS problem. Sometimes when you do gradients (mainly with the gradient tool since it's raster) it gets blocky/artifacted. I point this out because it's really noticeable on the cloth around her body. It could also be caused by saving it at lower JPEG quality if you do not see this problem in the original PSD.

She really does look so soft! O:

I just wish you flipped her so I could use her on desktop; right now she would be covered with icons. D: Other than that, nice job on the colors and shading! XD

I kinda agree with alenas, I think I should switch my icons to the right so that she wont be covered when I used it

Really interesting wall. Like Tens said I like the shade of brown/burgundy you used - it reminds me of the more natural shades of lipstick/makeup. I feel her eyes could have deeper shades in them to give them more depth though. :)

Liking the mellow feeling of the wall. I wish I could relate to the song/title more, but...meh. Not everything works for everyone.

It looks good, but that's all I can say about it unfortunately. Something about the hair...the lighting? It just doesn't work for me. It feels too bright and little bit like the light isn't hitting the right places. The lighting of the hair doesn't seem to match the way I envision the shape of the hair. You're the artist, though. I don't draw, so this is all just speculation.

Still, like like! Great choice of scan.

Wow! You definetely shouldn't worry about losing your mojo. The wallpaper looks great here... and on my desktop looks even better. I'm glad I don't have issues about where to place my icons, none of them is covering the image up. It's simple, it's clean, but less sometimes is more... this sure is one of those times. I'm not a fan of brown, but I have to open an exception for this. It's awesome, couldn't be better.

Great vector, the chocolate color of the Background is gorgeous. I appreciate your effort on making a simple/soft wallpaper, Though I think this wallpaper literally looks simple. What I am trying to say is that a Senior Member like you could have done much work as you did in your (Afternoon Grace) wallpaper.

So, I wished if you had added some more details to the Background to make it looks alive.

All in all, It's nice to see that you've tried to choose or let me say make a dark wallpaper since you have got non before.

I would say this is an quite uncommon wallpaper of Haruhi. The colors are dark and soft. I really like this! And in my opinion, as a wallpaper it fits better than most of the (too) colorful wallpapers out there.

This is really well done. I don't know why, but I see both Nagato and Suzumiya in this picture. Not sure if intentional but brownie points for making this wallpaper so thought-provoking.
