Very cool background although I see some jagged lines in her hair and legs.

I like your idea and the fresh colors really much! However, the girl looks very sharp. If you vectored her, it's best to work at a large size and then make it smaller so that it looks smoother (shrunken images are somewhat blurred). Also, I think the dots may be overpowering the character since they are so large and abundant while the character has really thin outlines. Because of that, she doesn't pop out nicely. Overall, this is a nice summer wallpaper!

Is a really nice wallpaper ^_^ I like the background it looks really colorful but i'm not sure about the color you use in the word fresh is a little hard to read it maybe you could use a different color and I'm agree with jaoi55 about the jagged lines in the vector i think the wallpaper will look a lot better if you fix these little problems ^_^
