Also want to remember people for this awesome anime, what seems to be forgotten.Drawed by Ito Noizi, and the series is often promoted together with Shakugan no Shana, despite that gains very few spotlight. Another reason would be that certain side characters have been never walled from it, like Nobuko (short hair, big boobs) or Flora (blonde). Title taked from the episode 4 - Summer-colored Pool Side.
Vectoring: The character are extended, rebuilded, with changed coloring. Modified to colored outlines, used a tons of shading, edited many lines. Costed arround 2000 shapes.The vector will be submitted as PNG into scan gallery in full resolution!
Background: Even if the scan had a own background, it was practically ugly and unusable.Made it from a complete scratch, for the sand I used a Silk image trough a transformed yellow gradient, enchanced already with a noise pattern. For the silk effect: 1. created clouds with basic gradients 2. changed to difference, and randomly drawed 10+ times. 3. Stylize/Find Edges 4. raised Levels in Adjustments 5. transformed the result and setted to Soft Light For the water have gone in a similar way, but instead of 3,4 used Posterize and setted it to Overlay. Foam drawed with a tiny spiked cloud brush, by the clouds I followed a similar trace as on the original, with another cloud brush.
Other changes: Nobuko has now a shadow and the snorkel of Yaeno has a glass inside.
Resolutions: Original is the 16:10, already for that I needed extend the canvas. Offering both 16:9 and 4:3 in addition, but they are cropped a bit, from height or from wideness.

Not sure why I hadn't seen this yet. Awesome job and wow at all of the vectoring. The background you did looks better than the original, the clouds are really good. It looks great and perfect for the summer.
