I changed almost everything~! -> lol but true.
Some elements are not found on the original scan, added them as fanservice -> open eyes like in the original wall and the new feature – I added top of his head - yup, a nice, useful thing to have.
It all started with his hair, like I said I reconstructed his head just so I can add the full set of hair, very string of hair was made by hand (it was my pleasure ;3). The concept is pretty much the same i just made a real effort with the vexeling this time. And the dirty wall behind him is just a bonus. Such a dirty dirty wall.

The process -> No outlines, just multi-shading, added the open eyes *___* but I loved him with closed eyes too (see original scan) < 333
The title "Live in Hope and Die in Despair" it had to be something emo and that's the best I could come up with XD It could be "Live in Despair and Die in Hope" too =/ idk

Love the monochrome-ness and the way you made those police lines yellow; adds more to the contrast and dynamic of the wall. I kind of prefer him with his eyes closed and the fur on his jacket could be more consistent looking (some lines/shading look a bit too random and out of place perhaps) but overall, it's a nice wall. somehow i love monochrome version more, because i dont like yellow. i love the idea of opening his eyes, now he gives of much sinister air....oh well vector is cool, nice job on this one :)+

Much, much better than the monochrome version. When people do black and white wallpapers with a few clour accents the colour is usually blue, to the point that I'm almost sick of it, so red and yellow was a nice change. Not to mention that yellow for warning and red for the source of danger really add to the symbolism (lol). The creepy, ominous lighting also helps.
A solid, coll wallpaper through and through. Thanks for sharing.

I made it, it was a vector but I turned it into a raster image when I had to distort it. ^^
