For some reason the scan doesn't look very much like Chii ^_^; (Not your fault though) Has the features of Chii though...

while i personally can't stand this drawing (it freaks me out beyond understanding) i thikn the fact that you kept it simple and kept the background from overpowering the image was a good idea. i think more could have been done with it in terms of background such as something as simple as varying tones of the borwns, or even an overlay of some stocks for a slight grunge effect. some sort of depth, because the flatness takes away from what could be a really well done, simplistic wall.

i really don't think this looks much like chi ((i realize it's not your scan, but i think you could've picked a better scan for what you wanted to do......))

honestly, i think you put forth a lot of good work, but the wallpaper really doesn't show a lot of difference from the scan. maybe i'm just not seeing it right, but it doesn't seem to have much else than the text and a new bckground texture.......

Wow, this is really neat and dosen't look like Chi at all (which is good). Since I'm not a big fan of Chobits I was really surprised at how this turned out. Pretty!

Chobits isn't my favourite series, but I do enjoy it. When I first saw this image I thought how much of a stark contrast it is to the original CLAMP art. And I can fully understand why you would choose it.

Personally I'm glad you've not opted to bombard the image with lots of textures or brushes. The cimplicity of the wall *adds* to the very beauty of the original artwork. The slightly darkened tones make for a more unsettled atmosphere, and the strange text-texture creates a scientific feel.

oh my, it's definitly different from the other Chobit wallies, thats what makes it so unique. :3 And I agree with everyone else that the scan doesn't look anything like chi. heh, this wallpaper stands out from the rest of the chobit walls, probably one of the reason's why i was attracted to it and made me wanna click! xD The way chi was drawn looks quite interesting. Never seen one like this o.O I think you did a great job! It's nice and simple :3

I agree this illustration is very good, because its not a typical chobits illustration. I like the simple backround because it seems to fit well with the scan. I dont really think the text is needed here and I personally think that the wallpaper would look better without it. Keep up the good work.

That scan of Chii freaks me out a little. The background is simple, it might have looked better with something else though. Good job though.

i see that not that many people are liking this but i love personally love it. i love the colors, or lack of. its nice and simple. not every beautiful wallpaper has to have a million colors. its a different kinda picture of chi but it still works. its got a nice gothic feel. i like it. nice job :)

Well, this illustration doesn't look like Chii but it's kind of gothic and nice in it's own way. I like the colour of the background is good as it goes with Chii. I like the Japanese characters as well. Cool work!

I agree, this illustration is amazing. It's so cold, and really lends itself to her mechanical composition.
