Hakuouki Shinsengumi Kitan Sweet Dream

Not really a reverse-harem fan but nonetheless I really like this wall!

Some of those cherry blossoms look weird (it's kind of visible you used a custom brush) but what bothers me the most are the awfully jagged lines in his hair - it's like you used pencil tool to vector them...

Other than that, I like the painting job and it's good to see another Hakuouki wall! Keep it up! :)

The painting is beautifully done. <3 The only thing that bothers me now is the jaggedness of his hair and his sword. /(>C<)\ The wall could use a bit more contrast don't you think? Maybe some lighting effects? Hahaha. It's just my suggestion though. ^^v

Yay for another Hakuouki wall! <3 The painting is very nicely done and I love the scan used. But like Alenas and Horseradish pointed out the jaggedness of his hair and on the sword really stands out. If you can fix that it would be great. Nice job.

it's a beautiful wallpaper. i agree with others that the cherry blossom petals look weird. and perhaps it's just me, maybe a little too pink? you enhanced all the colors from the scan. so while the pink petals look nice in the faded out scan, i personally feel the pink is a little too strong and contrasts too much with hijitaka in your wallpaper. but that's just my opinion and you can ignore it if you want. overall, great work. and i love how you showed your progress. :)

I think those petals look really generic,and they lack the softness,they should have...also,the jaggy lines are really too much,you totally gotta make them smoother and softer...I also wish you put more details into this,especially the hair...looks too simple,compared to the scan,and I think it should have some lighter highlights and more strokes...looks kinda flat to me...the rest is well painted,I like how you did his clothes.. keep it up!

You did a really good job on him but what gets me the most is why his hair is so jagged compared to the rest and some of the petal detail work seem out of place as well.

Pretty nice wall. The jagged hair sticks out to me a bit, but other than that I think it looks pretty good.

Nice paintings and great efforts, I loves the progress you made! Cool ^^ But I think there is some colored parts you need to check, because the contrast level on the wallpaper is not uniform, also I believe that the sakura petals need to be more glowy and blurred!

This image is one of my favourite and I appreciate the work done to make this paper. Sure there are a few flaws but they do not over shadow all the good qualities that this paper posses. The vector is unquestionably exceptional in-spite of a few jagged lines on the characters hair and certain places on the swords. The colors are amiable, looks very professional, fresh and breathtaking. It looks like the character has a sorrowful yet peaceful atmosphere, this aspect I enjoy the most.

I like what you have to done with the cherry blossom petals, the color is strong but it does not have a contrasting look to it all, I think it blends well with the overall paper while complimenting the character especially the skin tone. Your version is obviously a little different from the original scan but I think it's well done, it shows your skills as an artist and believe me when I say that you are very skilled. The title is very fitting indeed, lovely choice. This paper has so much impact and I'm hoping that everyone sees why it should be praised. Astonishing work!

i agree with his hair is so jagged . if you make his hair more detail it would be great . Anyway this wallpaper is still good .
