Greetings. I just want to get rid of this WIP. It looks like it would have only taken a couple hours to make and it's still quite lacking, so I won't say how long I took on this ==
The quality and resolution are low because I had intelligently flattened the layers and saved, thinking that I was done, only to find that a texture I had put on noised badly when saved in jpeg format. To try and get rid of that texture, I shrunk the wallpaper, but that didn't help much, so I added papery textures, which doesn't help much either and it doesn't match the wallpaper D8 I hereby submit this for those who don't have high standards!

i violated the rule you set, but lol i wanted to comment on this one. its interesting though those dots are kinda bothering on them but overall composition is really excellent and really cool colors, especially the blue one :3+

I'm going to keep commenting on your work until you stop being so harsh on yourself. It's not about how much is in it or how complex it is, but it's about how much work you put into it. That is the most important thing of all.
While I can see why you have issues with it and while I do agree, you are certainly much better. It isn't terrible. Far from it. I actually like what you've done here. By accidentally doing what you did, you actually gave it a unique look. This is actually rather appealing to me, because it gives a unique look to what is already a fairly unique wallpaper in and of itself.
With that in mind, it's why I really like the background with it. It adds an incredible amount of diversity to the wallpaper. Not to mention all the different styles and shapes you went with throughout this wallpaper. Combined with the fairly interesting choice of colors, it really fits nicely all together. I honestly wouldn't of through such colors would go together..but I really, really like this.
You may not think much of this wallpaper and while I can completely see why, I really like it. By an unfortunate turn of events, this wallpaper ended up turning out in a very unique and creative way. Will you be angry at me if I fave it? I guess I'll have to find out.

I'm not too high about the grainy'ness of the wallpaper but my gosh! THE COLOURS ARE AMAZING! Looks really retro and so funkeh!
