Whoa, really nice, the painting is softer, more magical and even more beautiful than the scan, which was really gorgeous too. I think it was a good idea to add more light to the wall, Saigyou Ayakashi (at least I think Youmu is sitting before the Saigyou Ayakashi) is a magical youkai tree which charms people after all. Great touhou wall, with great style.

Oh I wanted to wall that one, too. ;.; I like the painting feel of your wall and the light effects were a good addition. However, I think you went a bit too far with the lens flare effects and somehow it looks too bright now. I actually prefer the scan as far as brigthness goes. I also think you could have added more details rather than omitting them (like the tree). I don't want to be stingy or anything, but I think this has potential to go a lot further than this.

Interesting choice of styling with the brushes. I think the wallpaper is better than the scan, mostly because I don't like the harder-edge details of the original.

Really nice painting, though - as for all of your painted wallpapers - it's just too blury. I like the improvement you've introduced - it's definitely better than the scan in terms of content. However the scan is less blury and has more of the content.

Still it's a great wallpaper and therefore a +fav from me. Maybe a little less abstract and a bit sharper next time :-).

Umm all you did was crop the image, blur it and make it brighter? (It's too bright now btw). Not something I would deem "submitable"...Suggestions? Don't make her face so bright, try changing up the colours a bit, and widen the image. It looks awkward like this. Like the image is cut off.

Love the way you changed her hair, I personally am not too fond of sketchy colourings, so you did a nice job changing it :3 I just think the wall might be a bit too blurry o.o sharpen it a bit next time?

I like the atmosphere and the softness of your work compared to the scan. The colors also look nice. But I think the white light/blur makes it somewhat hard to look at, especially on the face.

Compared to the head, everything else looks kind of unfinished. I don't think having a detailed head and messy body works well when you can see the whole body. But maybe if the hair was messier, it would be good. And again, I think the long stray strands are too long and it looks like the barber did not do a good job. Nevertheless, I think this is one of your best works.
