Hi everyone, long time no see. This time my creation in for Minami-Ke. I really liked this picture and this time I want design some Typo inside.
First I played around with the contrast and colors a bit, then I use photoshop to put some dark wood colour in after I finish the vector, then use some noise effect to make it a look litter blur. Finally added some typo in the picture, hope it will help look more nice. The hardest part to created vector are their cloths, but I had fun with the hairs & body’s !

There's a bit too much noise IMO, or it's not fine enough, looks too rough. The text "Afternoon Tea Party" is a bit too straightforward, maybe a different font? I have no idea.
However, the layout is fantastic, and I like how you kept the colours vivid in comparison with the faded background, very nice

Filtering of noises in the wallpaper is really impressive. It is flowing romantic atmosphere of nostalgia in the girls' sweet memory.

The texture is too strong on the characters, due the stronger brightness of their compared to the rest is quite noticable. Not bad thought, I also had some ideas to make something with this scan, and seems like I was saved from it. Btw nice trap there, if you would not know Mako-chan (on the right) is a boy.

Great Minami Ke wallpaper, if it was in 1920 x 1200 or x 1080 I'd get it without a second thought.
