Fi-fi's P.O.V : This collab started when I saw the scan and wanted to wall it. I knew Kitten wanted me to do more Darker than BLACK walls and thought I would ask her to work with me on this project. I started working on the vector, which was quite easy, but when it got to Hei he took longer due to the text and image boxes on him and had to recreate what was missing as well. On the colouring side I mainly used gradient shading on the vector. Once I’ve finished the vector I passed it onto Kitten to create the lovely romantic background, which was the main objective to match the mood with the characters and also add the extra details on the vector as well. It been great making this project with Kit-chan and thank her for being patient with me taking forever to finish off the vector XD
Kit's P.O.V Vector work was done by Fi, she managed to reconstruct alot of parts and put it all together very nicely.
My job was the BG, took me awhile to think of something but finally got the idea of making them sit on a fish store. Behind them is the ocean, I wanted to add more but alot of the ideas fell through. I was going with a morning scene but I changed it to night and made a very starry scene. I used a gradient to make the shooting star you see above them.
And also used a gradient for the bright light in back, I had such a problem making them lighter because Fi's vector was originally very dark and so alot of details weren't there to begin with. The more I tried to lighten the less I could see still, so I did my best to move around it.

First to comment !!! Niahahaha! Awesome vectors Fiifo, you already know that I loved these ones, the background is also nice, just need less contrast (I think, because it's really darker than black XD) Nice wallpaper ! Love it. Good job both of you girls! *kisses*

Ahh, I love that scene; one of my favorite DTB scans. I also love the way you made the ocean and the vector is really neat and crisp, too. The only thing I'd change would be some of the colors on Hei's face and the blue of the sky; they look a bit too saturated and blue for my screen... .__.
Other than thatm you both did a wonderful job! :)

the scene is totally wonderful,but there are some things I would work on still... Firstly,I think it a little too simple,no offense...the sky is to empty,and the coloring on them is not so detailed ether...most of them is black,the sky is dark,so everything just blends in too much... Also,her face is so much lighter than him,and there's no light falling on it...it looks really strange,and stands out too much... some lines on her hair look too sharp too,I think the saturation needs to be a little lesser than this...

There's a bit of a disconnect going on between the scan and the bg. The scan is super clean and saturated, while the bg has more that painted mellow feel to it. There's also a lot of black to the scan, while there isn't a hint of anything even close to that dark in the bg. By themselves they look fantastic, there just needs to be a little more cohesion going on.

Ah lovely coupling. I love how you put them into the scene - it's beautiful, yet doesn't annoy. The background is amazing - it really create a nice atmosphere imo. The foreground is detailed and I especially like the eyes of the girl (forgot her name xD).

Holey shmoly I getz a present, thank you very much<3<3<3 I loved mao in this scan xD Yin eyes are lovey and so are the lips, I think Hei is too red but everything else looks smokey. Thank you, and great work the two of you.

This is the comment from both of us, since we wanted to comment on this both.First of all the atmosphere and the scene is really pretty but there are some things that really should be mentioned....first the fence on the left side doesnt continue, its like non existing; hei's skin color is too dark while yin's color is too eye killing white, and some blue could have made this more nightish, and it doesnt make sense, especially if they are both on the moonlight, they are too bright for the night; the sky is too much vector oriented since those lines could have been blured or not that sticky, its weird. what we like is the stars and the rest of the bottom letter fence, vector is nice but the colors are just eye killing. not a bad collab but it could have been better with more work =_=
