pretty good job on the DOF, and the perspective.

focus is on the character, and well done at that. one little technical fault. the grass is bending, or being blown by the wind, in the opposite direction of the wind from the scan. it's easiest to see the wind direction from the ribbons.

and yeah, default grass brushes are pretty garbage. though if you are patient enough with them, you can get decent results. you have to change setting, and do an ungodly amount of grass layers, then mask and stuff. easier to just make your own in the end, so good choice.

the whole scenery is great but i feel it would look a lot better without the petals. Compared to the rest of the wall the petals kinda lack detail. But heck maybe its just me

The background looks very good, the scenery of that grassy field and the sky looks nice, though the clear sky could've been just a very bit darker. The character is looking good, she fits the background well. Nice wallpaper.

This is very neat! Love the simplicity of it. The whole scene is very tranquil indeed. I think blown blades of grass would suit better than the petals. ^^v

What I really like about this wall is the lighting on the character. The way you painted her makes the viewer know the light came from the left side. It's really good.

Hehehe, this wall reminds so much of Kitten's. I can definitely see some of her influence here >3 I really like the extension you made, everything looks seamless. The extraction is very well done too. I'm not very sure of the color of the sky, I mean, I dig a lot the blue on the right side but left side looks too white and therefore kinda empty. This time, you totally nailed the focus problem, now I can see tons of depth in this wall 8)

Really good job on the grass - it looks amazing! It fits the scene awesomely as well. This scene has a really interesting overall feeling to it ... it's as if it was saying: I am facing all the problems and walking against the wind if necessary .

Excellent extraction on the character. The background cg was excellent and complements the character quite well. I also love the simplicity and sense of movement. However, there is still that one major flaw that others have mentioned. The grass, while drawn well, is moving in the complete opposite direction from the way the wind is blowing. Otherwise, the wallpaper is excellent.
