DN Angel Feathers! EDITED

oooh.. this is a good one.. i like the idea... thats really unique..

The idea is great, but I think a little bit too much was cut from him, or rather the wrong parts are showing.. (ears) I think a little more hair would be nice and less ears ^^

aw a really nice daisuke wallpaper, i wonder when vol 11 will finally come out -_- its cause of all those extra mangas that DNAngel is being stalled so long -_- bleh

Very nice vectoring work. I like the overall presentation and concept of the wallpaper. Only thing that I don't like much is that too much of Daisuke's face has been cut out. Other than that, great work.

Ooh, that's cool! :) It's not a big deal, but the edges of the feathers are a bit jagged. I'm not sure how you made the feathers, but if you used the pen tool, try to keep your paths shorter so you could avoid them jagged edges.

Normally I'm not a fan of plain white backgrounds, but you have given it a new dimension... The Wiz/With outline is brilliant. It captures enough of Daisuke to make an impact, and the uncompromising bold nature of it just emphasises the colour and shape even more.

I wish I had the imagination & ingenuity to come up with something like that.

Nice job... it reminds me of the photoshop's opening splash, with a feather-shaped image of some other feathers.. hehe. Nice vectoring, maybe the eye needed a bit more detailing, though. Just one thing: sometimes the white layer [the one with the feathers has jaggy edges. I needs a bit more antialiasing, imho.] I, personally, would have shown more of the character's face, or maybe positioned a feather over his forehead and hair, so that the shape of the individual strands from the feather simulated the spikes of hair [I hope what I said wasn't too confusing.. ^^']. A fav ^_^

I think you did a great job. Once I get the papers to download, yours will be at the top of my list. I love the abstract feel to it and you can never go wrong with feathers. I'm with puppychow16 though, too much ear is showing, but you got his eyes and that's the most important part of anime characters (in my belief anyways). Is the cutout a bird? ;)

I REALLY like this wallpaper! I've seen many DNAngel wallpapers out there and this has got to be one of my top favourites. I love the simplicity involved in it. *sigh* I only wish that the wallpaper come in 1024x768... But never or less, a great wallpaper! ^-^

i think it??s a really good idea, but the result looks a bit strange because you can see that it??s a picture of daisuke covered by a cut out. maybe you could have done something to make it look "smoother" (but nothing too complicated, cuz right now it has a simple feel and it??s good)

wonderful piece of work indeed, it is not only unique, it is style with absolute simplicity for the eyes, making perfect contact with the piece of vector art itself, like as if it is two style merged together to produce ultimate viewing pleasure. I love the vector itself, even though I never seen it before, it is well done, each and everything seems fitting even though it is semi cut off by the white part, yet there is where the style is, an absolutely wonderful piece deserving a fav, you should make more wallpapers like these, it is wonderful.

i really like this wall a lot... stands out from the rest of the usuals where lots of colurs and backgrounds are added... simplicity really makes it unique and special, and even though daisuke's face is cut off a little too much, i still think that this is one work of art where details dun have to be the centre of attention. simplicity can do more.

I really like the wall, but I feel like too much is obscuring Diasuke's face. I definitely like the thought process you had behind it - the whole feathers cut-out overlay. However, I feel, like I've stated, it hides too much of Diasuke's face. Perhaps it's more or less what you chose to cover up - for instance, the line across his eye from the feathers, and the covering of his nose. It seemed a bit fragmented.

But, it really is a good wall. Very cleanly executed .^_^.
