From a newtype scan, of which sadly cut off his upper elbow, and as i've stated in my wallpaper featuring this vector, I didn't do a great job winging it. But you can just not show that part easily enough. ^^

I made the decision to make his tie blue to add some colour to him after opting out of the pinstripe shirt. I think it looks good on him.

Oh, I didn't even notice the elbow until I read your description. I think you did a good job, it's a well done vector. I like how you made the skin outline a softer colour, nice detail.
