Good morning everyone,

this is my latest wallpaper, though it is my first i submitted on AP. While looking Saiunkoku Monogatari, I decided to make a wallpaper since there aren't that much around the interwebs.

All but the candy-colored cloudy background is vectored. I used a scan as base for Ryuuki, Shuurei, the border and the cherry blossoms. It took me 7 days (got to go to work too >__<)

Shuurei & Ryuuki,cherry blossom 1, cherry blossom 2 & border

Gratz for your first wall here ^_^ I really like it,the flowers are super beautiful♥ I still wish to see the scan you worked on,to compare :D I don't like crowded walls,but I just think the right part is just too plain..I know it's because of the icons,but still,you could have added a somewhat more darker sky and some fluffy clouds^^ Still,good work!

love the idea, sakura is really beautiful and i love that you vectored them both. I see some jagged lines on some places but its really beautiful wall :3+

Excellent. You really catched the serie's atmosphere by vectorizing the typically chinese border. It looks just like an official artwork from the serie! The cherry blossom is a good way to put dynamisn in a classic and almost symetrical composition.
