The hair could've look good with a lot more transition on the color but overall the wall looks good. The pink color just bother me, maybe its just me ^_^

The hair doesn't strike me as much of a problem. A lot of these colours are close to each other in terms of contrast though, so while there's a lot of colour, there isn't a lot of visual interest in that aspect. (Not really a big thing, so don't worry about it, I'm just commenting, XD) Her eyes are really the focal point of the wall though. That tends to happen when the stock looks at the viewer, but you've really highlighted them by outlining them in black. I think if you did a dark grey instead, you might free up some focus to look at what else was in the wall.

I'm glad you're mixing things up though, there's still some repetition from previous walls, but it's a start. I particularly like the fingernails. Nice job. (:

Great! I really like the style of when sections are done as solid colors. Yes, I think her hair could be better, I think a solution is to make it darker because her hair is normally black and a gray compared to her skin in this doesn't show to much contrast, which, in my opinion, doesn't look to great. I still really like this wallpaper though.

Hair could use more work but the monochrome against the COLORS are FTW. <3

I like the simple mono-chorme character. I've seen a lot done with this scan, and everything is always different and quite fun/interesting. I like the all the different colors, and her eyes really stand out nicely. Sweet job.

Your style reminds me that Assa always does, and I always found it very trendy. Not a big fan of K-On! or Azusa, but the compostion is made well. Though wishing for more resolution options.
