I had no ideas for a title, which sort of sucks but hey, I used my creativity for the wallpaper? This is my first wallpaper that I've actually REALLY tried on. I have a couple variations but this one looked the best. I used a render off of Planet Rendershttp://www.planetrenders.net/renders/displayimage.php?pos=-6517
I think the contrast and fade effects turned out really good.
Currently I am going to stay with 1680x1050 since it is my computer's resolution. If I get good feedback or some simple changes are needed, I'll try getting this in different dimensions, Maybe even 800x600, etc.
I took Kravian's and rod160's advice, and with the new revision I toned down on the grunge and tried to make other main parts "pop" out more, which didn't go to well.
I also think that it looks to empty on the right side, but I don't have much of an idea of what to put.
Please continue to give me helpful critisizm and I will do my best to improve the wallpaper

saber is my favorite anime character.i just bought a new saber figure. awesome. i love the wallpaper. the character position in it is amazing, and the light effect and costruction is so beautifull. this is definetaly going to my wallpaper at the desktop. thenk you very much for this one. i love it

Great wallpaper! When i look at this wallpaper it makes me imagine her fighting her opponent in the darkness. or something like that. This is gonna be one of my favs :)

I like the shininess in the black! It's nice and classic, hehe. But there seems to be something lacking in the wallpaper. Maybe more color variation in the lines (yellows)? Speaking of the lines, I think they should extend more to the left. They seem to stop too abruptly. When I was looking at the wall on my desktop, I thought I set up a 4:3 wallpaper by mistake XD
Also, the direction of the lines don't flow too nicely. I think it would be easier to look at if oppositely curved lines weren't next to each other. Personally, I would have made the lines follow the curves of the girl a little (i.e., start at the top right and curve to the bottom left), but after thinking about it, I think that may look too... bleh ._. Oh, some more variation in the width of the lines would also help make them more interesting.

@luna (Dang what's wrong with my quote button...) Anyways, Now that I look back I must agree, but this was my very first wallpaper. I tried making the lines go toward her but didn't turn out all to great eh. But then again.. First's can also sometimes be the best ones P(T_T) I'm also more used to using fractal designs rather than a large line bit. I'll try making more variations of line widths next time I do something like this. Thanks for your thoughts, I'm happy you not one of those (no offence to whoever is but) people who just say I really like it or It could use some work. Your comment will really help me out with future wallpapers! <3

i think it looks great the way it is. i think walls need some negative space to allow people to place things on their desktop without worrying about covering up the good art.
i really like the light effect on saber, it almost looks like watercolors.
other than that, i dont remember saber ever having two swords, but that's beside the point. over all good job.
