This wallpaper is dedicated to my dear friend FlatCat.
I used this scan for the wallpaper. I wanted to make everything blue because that was the colour request of my friend.
It's a simple one coloured wallpaper. The additional stuff I added after finishing the cleaning was mostly brushwork and textures as seen in the background.

The design is simple and effective,as it should be...but why is he blurred?he should totally be sharp to fit the texture...

I like the boldness and the simpleness looks good! I agree that he shouldn't be blurred. I expected him to be crisp and clear since grabs so much attention. His pose is a bit odd for such a close up, haha; he's just reaching off the screen XD Anyway, this is an interesting wallpaper!
