Not really a fan of ecchi (she does have panties, doesn't she? O__o;) but I like the theme and the way you incorporated all those various elements into the wall. For some reason, I like the blackboard and all those formulas the best (I always sucked at math, lol).

Well, when to-love-ru is concerned, Kotegawa is my favorite. Nice clean lines and great painting. The perpective, like everyone says, is great. It's uncommon to see perspectives like this.

LOL a not so ecchi wallpaper weee... ^^v I like the overall perspective of it. But maybe it's just my nitpicky though, I find the big kinda lack in darker shadows especially the bottom part. but that just might be me though....

Very nice. I love the way you used elements from different scans and blended them together. Nothing to say about the vector either (colored outlines is the way to go!) and I appreciate the details you added like the text on the paper sheets and the equations on the blackboard.

Considering the season, and outdoor scenic background could've been better, but Kotegawa's uptight personality fits this one as well. She looks good standing there, her face very nice. The flying papersheets also look good, though only a few would look better to get a better look of Kotegawa. Nice wallpaper though.

My only gripe would be the background -- you need it to blend it even more with the character, otherwise, for me (and apparently some others), it doesn't look right.
