Maybe I would have tried to make the shapes a bit clearer but no biggy. It´s a different approach on typo walls and it´s well done.

Ow this is awesome. The typography is just nicely put together and the typefaces fit quite well. I love how this is a completely new concept to all those design-walls before, and how you put something "simple" looking like this into a theme like love. Just great <3

I just love the typography work in this wall - these are the type that gets my attention when the character details are based through typography. Its just the right amount without it being over crowded and the nice touch of colour as well.

typography is one of my weaknesses and the typography here is absolutely gorgeous and well-presented. and the colors! everything is beautifully crafted. this is one of my personal desktop favorites that came out of round 1. xD

Your stylistic approach to walls always impresses me. I think this piece is my favorite wall from you thus far. Your typographic vector approach is always a refreshing thing to see and it gives anime walling a very different aesthetic that is respectable and well expressed. It was good to see your work in the competition. Keep it up ^^

This one looks even better up close. *A* Seriously, the concept behind the wall makes it more win than it already is. And I find it a great idea to not having show the characters faces followed by a dash of nice color here and there. And of course, beautiful, insane typography. :)

I have to tip my hat to you, Assassin. I've always felt that way. That love is an essential part of experiencing life and there may come a time in all of our lives that we'll grow as human beings from the experience, no matter what direction it goes in. I feel only blessed enough to say that I was able to go through such a situation myself and while it's most likely I will never cross paths with that person again, I can't deny how much I grew from the experience. This entry was probably the toughest for me to view, yet at the same time the most pleasurable.

Where do I start here? Perhaps I should join in with the crowd in stating the brilliance of the typography that was flawlessly done. Maybe I should touch upon the great use of symbolism within the wallpaper that really draws the viewer to put themselves in the wallpaper. Or just possibly it's how this is probably one of the most technical wallpapers I have seen in quite some period of time. I think I'll go with all three and also draw upon the fact that using Swoon as a basis was a fantastic idea.

As I previously stated, music and love can have a great tendency to fit so perfectly together and I'm glad you took your music-infused wallpapers and worked with it for this theme. The string I especially like, not only because it reminds me of my own personal experience with love but also because of what it symbolizes (red string of fate anyone?). I'm especially digging the text of Love and the curvy landscape-ish style of the text in the background as well. Blotches of yellow and blue? Sure! Why not. I'm digging it.

One thing I've always appreciated about your work is the emotion behind the wallpapers. Not just what's shown on the canvas, but what's shown by the individual that is painting it. To me, there is nothing finer than an artist/writer/musician that can take such emotion and express it. If I wasn't a fan already, this piece would of made me one.
