This was my submission for the APCLASH2010 Elimination challenge. (if you DID notice, the difference of this one from the one I passed from APclash is the "?". This is the correct version, but I was too lazy to email back and change it just because of that detail.) Yey cause this is also my 40th wall, and I want to make it special. =D That's why I didn't pass this immediately.> When I was looking at my gallery, I realized something. I won't tell >:3 You can check my gallery from the start to my latest walls and you might realize what I realized. xD I made a small and simple video featuring my first 39 walls, starting from my very first to the one you see above ^^. NOTE: I never made a video before so bare with this. but if you can't, then don't watch this XD [spoiler]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qeK0k6uXaQ0 I believe not many have seen those walls before haha. From old school style: extraction, texture bgs, brushed, bright, pastel and cloudy scenes and now to Vectors, grungy, dark and bold scenics. >:D Now, I find vectoring more fun, although its really time consuming, but seeing the outcome is a great achievement. Wooot![/spoiler]

I thank all those who supported my previous walls. Many of them never go online now or some just seldom do. Some have become community wallers, seniors and even admins., unfortunately, some are banned too. xD I thank my friends, watchers and those who PMed & talked to me even though we weren't been able to add each other to our friend's list. =S There are specific users I would like to thank too(they were a help when I was still starting): @trismugistus,@zazou8888,@umboody,@halcyonTwilight and of course, @xyrick did I forgot someone? please just tell me xD They have been a big help to me along with those other people who comment on my walls. _(._.)_ Yes, that was long, I wanted to write more,but let's just cut it short. About the wall : When I saw the theme of Apclash el.1, I got no idea. Then, National geographic came into my mind. Ask me if you want to know about it. Conclusion, Curiosity makes human different from any other creatures since their curiosity leads to the development of their race and becomes a reason for living. That's my concept. Good thing beforehand I had this Yusuke Nakamura scan on my wishlist, original scan: http://www.animepaper.net/gallery/scans/yusuke-nakamura/item252928/ then the whole detail came into my mind. Whala! I agree with the typography, I know I'm not good at it. I hate it anyway. I felt the need of adding it so the wall does not feel that empty. I thank the judges for the feedback I got from them. =] my bad cause I don't have a lot of time to edit it

I've always had a thing for bright colorful wallpapers. So this one looks great to me. As you said, the text could've been better though. Still a lovely concept anyway. So good job on it! :)

I think that this is really one of your best wallpapers. And I must say that your walling skills improved a lot through the years. I remember you making clouds/moons/swirl brush walls which I personally don't like this much because they look too random and simple, haha. But this wall really stands out and it shows us what you're capable of :) Love the design and colours and even the typography, I don't think it looks off or bad at all!

Clicked to see the original scan. Then realized, my, this is like they said unique. You changed it from the orignal scan yet still bearing like the artist's style. +Fav <3

Colorful and i like how you did with the earth and combining different objects though i found the sun kinda out place but maybe its just me ^^' The typography is simple and i like how it stands out. Great job! +fav ^^,

What I can say? Is Yusuke Nakamura, and you do a really good job. :D The image is beautiful (I loved the girl), the colors are very well combined, and all the details is cool. I loved the brushes, and the theme "curiosity" (because I'm a curious person... ^^'). ♥

the cherubs are quite jagged. But i like the font. Yes it adds detail to the wall and not make it look empty. Nice job <3

Dear Mill! It's a great idea to have made this video (although the text parts are a little bit fast so hard to read (don't forget I'm French ^_^) ). Seeing all the way you did to arrive at the quality of your first walls is really amazing.

Indeed I've been away for a long time now. Submitting every now and then some simple vector but nothing really constructive like a wallpaper. I miss the good old days were you were starting your walls and I was there always asking you to make some scenic background! ^^ And I think remembering them is already good no? :p

Anyway it's a pleasure to have you in my friends and I'm always jealous of your skills. One day I'll have more time to come back here and continue to discover the art of making wallpapers! And that day I'll come to you to have your feedback! ;)
